"AVOID this seller - Save your TIME and CASH"
Steer clear of this so-called "company" or "seller". You’re gonna get played, fed lies, and just plain messed around. Thankfully, PayPal figured out the nonsense and gave me my money back, but those fake "tracking" numbers? They don’t change until you ask about your order, then they suddenly update with some vague details. After a month, I reported the nonsense to PayPal and came out on top because this place is just terrible!

"Adore the shine, but the delay was a bummer"
I'm really into my new pink ring, but man, the wait was a drag. The company did keep me in the loop with tracking emails, but that just made me more antsy. I guess I'm used to getting stuff the next day or within two days. It took nearly three weeks for my ring to show up.

"Issues with Getting a Refund"
The rings I received are stunning, but I picked one and wanted to send the rest back. It took ages for them to respond, and when they finally did, they kept pushing for in-store credit. I had to go back and forth with emails a bunch of times, and eventually, they agreed to refund me, but they hit me with a 35% restocking fee. On top of that, I’m stuck paying for international shipping. The product itself is fantastic, but the customer service and their policies leave a lot to be desired. All I wanted was a straightforward refund for my returns without all this fuss.

Placing my order was a breeze. The site really doesn’t do justice to how stunning this ring is. Once it’s on your finger, you’re gonna totally fall for it. I've received tons of compliments about it. Just a heads up, the shipping takes a bit longer, but trust me, it’s worth hanging in there for. My experience with this company has been fantastic.

I reached out via email about my delivery, but it seemed like they didn’t really read my message. They replied with a standard response that didn’t address my concerns at all. It took sending a second email to finally get a proper answer to my question.

"I wish I'd found this place for my wedding"
This ring is simply stunning! I got it to use instead of my real wedding set while traveling, but honestly, I’m not sure I want to take my Joancee ring on trips. It’s just too pretty. The fit is spot on. I've only had it on once at home, so I guess we’ll see how it holds up when I head out on vacation in a couple of weeks. But right now, I'm already on the hunt for my next ring!
